About Aj. Sotas Jaroenchaiyapong (อ. โสทัศน์ เจริญชัยพงศ์)

Prior to forming Ingenious Simulation Co. Ltd., Sotas was an associate at Premier Advisory Group, a boutique Investment Banking firm with focus on Merger & Acquisitions, and financial advisory services. Sotas primarily covered power, mining & resources, construction material, and petrochemical sectors. Along with senior bankers, Sotas advised EGAT International in acquiring international assets in India and Indonesia, among other countries. He has advised a leading food & beverage company based in Malaysia for leverage buy-out fund raising.

Prior to joining Premier Advisory Group, Sotas was a supply chain analyst at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (“BDMS”) during 2008 – 2009. At BDMS, he showed excellent financial analysis skill which got him promoted to a financial analyst position supporting CEO in strategic investment plan. One of the key investment projects was THB 1bn investment in a new medical facility. His work included consolidating pathology lab and genetic lab to newly build stem cell and sterile facility, financial feasibility, and loan repackage.

Sotas graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCL London. He holds an MBA majoring finance from Sasin Business School.
